Beautiful..

I made this video for YouTube. I went to watch some autism video’s and they were all so depressing and sad. I dont see my daughter that way- so this is what we came up with. I hope that it touches another mom out there who feels like the world has fallen out from underneath her- I hope it encourages her to continue to dream for her child.. and to have hope.

Isnt she beautiful!

So so nice. My favorite photo is the pool shot. What a little character! A lovely tribute and a reminder that she’s still just an adorable little girl, autism and all!

I LOVE it! What a way to reflect on God’s gift of your beautiful daughter, and to encourage other parents who may not feel so fortunate with their child. I don’t have children yet, but this really touched me.

What a beautiful video! What a great way to encourage other parents with children with autism…or without….that when we see our children through the eyes of love and God’s potential…….all other labels–disappear! As I have mentioned before, my (foster) granddaughter is three years old-and recently been diagnosed, “autistic.” While it is important to know what each child is “dealing with” it is also vital to remember that their Creator has a bigger purpose and plan for their lives and their hearts….than a diagnosis.

Great video! While watching it…we could feel the joy, the fun, the blessing of each childhood experience! Emma is such a beautiful blessing….and so are you!

Hi! I’ve posted here a few times and I love reading your blog. I did want to let you know that I just decided to start a Pastor’s Wives blogroll. Currently, I am the only member (as I just started it today!) but I thought perhaps you would want to join or might know others who would. I am very new at all of this but I thought it was worth a shot. Hopefully I’m not crazy!
Anyways, if you are interested, check out my link: League of Pastor’s Wives

    Heather,

You will find that so many people will take their cue of how to act towards Emma from YOU. To have a mother that shows how much she unconditionally loves her daughter is one of the best gifts you can give Emma. Including Emma in all you and your family does will make the delight you take in her contagious.

Dream big and keep your hopes high for your beautiful daughter. Emma is wonderfully and undeniably….Emma. We should all be so lucky to have such a beautiful little one in our lives.
