Thirteen things I love about the mornings in our home.
1. The sounds of the showers when my children first get up.
2. The sound of the coffee pot churning away.
3. My time with the Lord
4. The birds outside our lanai (screened back porch)
5. Emma’s hillarious hairdo.
6. Elijah crawling into bed with me and cuddling
7. Easton trying to decide what to wear.
8. The conversation around the breakfast table between my children
9. The smell of my husbands cologne when he walks out of the bathroom.
10.The smell of clean children.
11.Emma screaming “I go to school NOW”
12.The songs Easton sings in the shower. Very loudly.
13. That 4th cup of coffee. There is nothing like it. Nothing at all.
I am off to take little idget to school and then to get my hair done. I hope that you all have a wonderfully blessed day!

I love your TT! My children are all grown now – my baby is almost 17. He still is pretty cuddly, but only on his terms! Thankfully I do have grandbabies now and I am able to experience all the “goodies” with them. Thanks for sharing your great mornings!
Great list! #9 reminded me of when I was a little girl and my dad would come out of the bathroom smelling like his cologne and kiss me good-bye before he went to work. He usually came home smelling like big computers and smoke (because of the people around him, not him), but I always loved that smell first thing in the morning.

Love your list! Do you wake before everyone to have your time with the Lord? I’m trying to find a good time to be alone with the Lord and it’s proving difficult for me. Maybe I’m not trying hard enough. Have fun getting your hair done – I love to get mine done just for them to wash it and massage my scalp! Have a great day.
I love hearing the coffee maker in the morning too. I used to hate the smell of coffee, but now it is like a sweet sweet elixer in the morning!!!
