This reminds me of the story of Zacharias in Luke. God silenced him for a different reason I know, but I thought how God can use this time of speechlessness(don't even know if that's a word - LOL) in Heather's life too. God will graciously give her her voice back in His timing and for His glory. I will continue to lift her and your family up in prayer and specifically for what you asked about keeping Satan away from her thought process.
