Dearly Loved….

My firstborn was baptized this afternoon… There is nothing sweeter than watching your husband baptize the daughter he led to Christ.

It’s worth it brothers, It’s worth it friends
To know your maker, To lose your sin
Did you know that you are dearly loved…

    Heather-

What a blessing! And to have your husband be able to do it is so precious! I am so glad she knows the Savior at an early age!

    Praying for you daily, dear!

    That’s awesome!

I remember when my dad baptized me. I was 7. It was also in a backyard pool.

Sounds like your weekend has been amazing :) I’ll try to catch you before rad Tuesday. Tomorrow is John’s birthday, and he seems to have us fully planned out for the day if I’m feeling up to it.

    Love you- hugs to Easton!

What a wonderful day on earth, Heather. What more can a parent experience then watching your child accept Christ and having their father do the honors. The angels are singing.

I will keep her walk with the Lord in my prayers as I do my grandchildren who have been baptized.

    Blessings and Hugs,
    Norma

How precious! My husband was able to perform his first baptism a couple of months ago and it was our firstborn son! A mother couldn’t ask for anything better from their children but to know they are saved and serving God. Praise Him!

Those are terrific pictures. How special for you and your hubby! My Dad led me to the Lord when I was nine years old, so todays post struck a chord with me. Your little girl will hold these parts of her life closer to her heart as she gets older and realizes how few people in the world have parents who would share the gospel with their children. What a blessing! I am pregnant with my first, and look forward to days like this!

By the way, how did you manage to get that child to look EXACTLY like you?

    Dear Heather,
A few weeks ago you read about leaving your legacy… I think these photos say it all, I pray my legacy will be as effective to those around me as yours is. You truly are an inspiration and I thank God for you and your family, and pray he will continue his blessings in your lives.

I am SOOOO happy for your family!! How AWESOME to have your daughter now become your sister-in-Christ!!!

I told the Lord the other day that the one thing that would make me happier than anything on this earth would be for Him to save my daughter!!!

That right there is the greatest news I’ve ever read on your blog. More than your doctors’ appointments, more than the blessing of the contributions for you, more than the outcome of your treatments. Watching your daughter decide to put on Christ is such a momentous, glorious occasion worth a party and then some, especially since the angels in heaven are already having one now.

And welcome to the family, Heather’s girl. It’s really nice to add to the family reunion!

Oh that is so nice that she was baptised Heather!
My though, you don’t look old enough to have a child that age!!
She must have kept you young!
My husband and I could never have children so what I do to make up for it is pick up a car full of kids every Sunday for Sunday School!!
    Such nice pcitures..Love Terry

I would love to hear from you!
