Leavin’ On A Jet Plane…

well, not exactly, BUT my husband is taking me away for the evening and sending all the kids to my parents :) Get this, we are staying in a hotel tonight!

I know, right!

I’ll tell ya’ll all about it once I get home, but can I tell you that I am super excited!!!

I’M SUPER EXCITED!!

Now, if I can just get through the homeschool day without wearing myself out, it will all be good….

Did I mention that we are staying in a hotel where I will order tons of room service and watch any movie I want sleep peacefully in a comfy king sized bed?!?

;)

    Have a wonderful time!!!

Dear Heavenly Father… Creator of All Things… and Peacegiver,
I pray that You would bless this couple and that their time alone together would be a renewing time for their marriage. Lord, please keep Heather well and in good spirit. In the name of Jesus, keep sickness away. Watch over the children as they’re away from Mom and Dad and have everything go smoothly. Breathe Your love in their marriage… Be with them as they revel in ALL You created a marriage in You to be. Bless them Lord… Bless their time… that they might look back on this time as one of the best in their life.
    In Jesus’ name,
    Amen.

    Heather,

I wanted to offer a prayer for you and yours, but Amy (Dandelion Seeds) offered up such a beautiful one, that I am joining hers … “where two or more are gathered in my name.” Let’s all join in Amy’s prayer. (Thanks Amy!)

Heather, allow yourself to be pampered; you are God’s daughter and He wants the best for you.

Speaking of….please totally consider a king-sized memory foam mattress for at home. Mine helps sooo with the aches and pains…who knew how great it could be? Or a sleep number bed…whatever does it for you. Seriously think it over….

Hey y’all guys and gals…..we could have a fund raiser for Heather & Mark’s new bed!!! What do you think???? I mean, how many of us are blessed DAILY with her words of strength and encouragement, with her words of honesty and struggle, with her admonition that all in all….God is good all the time…All the time, God is good! I don’t know about you, but I think about her dozens of times a day! Maybe more…and many breath prayers.

If Heather has enriched your life…lets give her a couple of dollars each…with that they could re-do their entire bedroom!!!

Hey “Heather’s Family”…we would need some direction to be able to do this…my laptop doesn’t have a slot that takes dollar bills….how can we pull this off?

    Peace be with you,
    Annamaria

    Heather

You have a wonderful time - you deserve a night away and nothing like a hotel room to make us feel pampered. I hope the weather is good and you get to take a walk. I would say I am jealous but as you know I too am getting a weekend away with my husband. After more years of marriage than many of your readers have lived - I still get excited to have special time with my guy. I truly am blessed by that and by our friendship! it’s Friday and a holiday weekend - keep those studies light and rest up for your night away. Have a great time!
