Hallelujah – Echoing Angels

October 17, 2007

This song has been a favorite of mine since I got the Echoing Angels CD in Rochester, MN. Listen to the words, really listen to them. I hope to get back to blogging daily again real soon, but right now I am working on building up my strength. I often will see something or hear a song on the radio and think “Oh I should blog about that!” but it takes so much energy right now. I will be back to my normal self real soon though, I promise :)

Also, please don’t forget to vote for Kim (Law Mom). She is in the running for a $10,000 scholarship. She has cancer, is raising a teenager, and going to Law School (Just reading that makes me tired!)

Her blog is at: Law Mom
the voting link is at: Vote For the Winner of the 2007 Blogging Scholarship

Now, for the music…

Let your glory fall on me
All of my life I lay at your feet
You are my everything
The reason I live the reason I see

You are my God
You are my king
The infinite life that is living in me
All that I am will always believe
You are my savior, that’s why I sing
Hallelujah

You stole my heart away
Never again will I be the same
Lord I lift up your name
Now and forever I will proclaim

And with every breath
I will sing to you

Hallelujah, hallelujah
And forever proclaim

You are my God
You are my king
The infinite life that is living in me
All that I am will always believe
You are my savior, that’s why I sing
Hallelujah

Your Dad is too cute up there! You just take it easy and get your strength built back up, this is the most important thing you can do. I, for one, just continue to lift you up to the Lord when I don’t see a post here. However, after saying that, your posts are always a blessing to find here and are enjoyed so very much. Just rest and eat as good as you can. If you are worried about losing 40 pounds, I have 40 I can spare for you, no problem. Just let me know!:)

Love you girl and may the Lords sweet healing wrap all around you.

Don’t worry about us. Post when you can, build your strength and let us know when you need some encouragement. You are in my prayers!

Heather you continue to amaze me. When I am struggling I often get so wrapped up in the struggle that I leave God in my dust. Not on purpose, but merely out of panic, I suppose.

You teach me every time that you post. And I am growing in God’s grace because of your example. I’m am learning to rejoice and worship in the midst of all things.

Thank you for lighting your candle in the darkness.

Heather, that is a beautiful song, and I loved the video. One of the the best things you can do is praise and worship the Lord. Thank you for the post, dear. But you know it is important for you to get stronger. Praying for you. :o )

Wow! I haven’t heard that…I love it. Indeed your mighty God is your King, Heather…and He has given you something very important to share…I love exactly how you share it!

By the way, I saw the snow and clouds on the mountains like that today…it was beautiful. We had hail and sunshine and flurries…it was a crazy and fun weather day in Colorado. Come and see us sometime!
Lvoe ya!

Hey darlin- when you can, email me your number. The organizational elves have struck again. Not only is my planner gone, but alas, the cell phone went with it. Tramps. And I’ve found hollering for you out my back door is not as effective as it should be.

Heather,

Don’t worry about blogging on a daily basis at the moment. Get your strength back, enjoy your family and praise the Lord.

Hugs and prayers,
Norma

I did a little post about Kim & her scholarship on my blog. Just thought I would let you know. Only thing is, I voted already and could not get the “poll” page to come back to me. Hope it is ok!

Hey, sweet friend:

Praying for you, for your sweet family. Mark and Chuck had a long talk today. Tomorrow I run in a 5K race, Race for the Cure, here in Jax. I will be thinking of you and praying for you as I run. You daily are persevering through your circumstances and my prayer is for your healing and you to have peace in the midst of the life you are living each day. I love you, Heather! MaeBeth

Hi Heather..just wanted to stop by and say Aloha my sister. and you rest and get your strength better. I wanted to leave this scripture with you today…Psalm 39 says..my life is no longer than the width of my hand, an entire lifetime is but a moment to the Lord, human existance is but a breath. you see..

This too- this struggle, this difficulty,- shall pass” let the flip of the calendar remind you that this pain filled exitstence is not all there is, greater things await. God is eternal, but tough times are not.
