I would love to hear from you!

Heather I am so glad you are having such a wonderful holiday season. one of my BFF”S Kara, her best girlfriend ever recently found out she has cancer. Very rapidly growing, very incurable. Please keep Crystal in your prayers. She has 7 babies, ranging from 10 to 5 months. This is a very rare cancer also. God can heal her though, I know he can!
Happy Holidays!
~Bev

The wife just got done with 2.5 years of treatments for breast cancer - stage 3. It changes your life. My therapy was to draw cartoons. I’ve posted a few of them along with others on my blog - you might enjoy.
Also,I’m having a give-away over at my blog to celebrate my one year anniversary. No gimicks - just fun. Please come over and just post a comment for a chance to win.

You look so warm and cozy in your photo. First of all, Congrats on the clear MRI. That is terrific news that we all were praying for and expecting.
Life WILL be great in 2008! You have taught so many folks how to have FAITH thru all circumstances. God Bless you and your family.

your new friend…
You made the most amazing comment on your post…..
First and Foremost, I am a Christian. I believe that my cancer didn’t take my God by surprise. I have no fewer days left on this earth than I did before cancer entered my life. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that, no matter what happens, this ends well for me.
I think that is the most powerful statement of faith I have heard in a long time and I can tell you that it struck a cord in my heart and it will ever remain.
I am thankful to the Lord for the good report on your MRI and I pray that the New Year of 2008 overwhelms you with the blessings of God…….
Missing your posts and praying for you…
I thought of you tonight, and I wondered if the Lord is telling me to send you some words of encouragement.

Wow - you look amazing! I love your hat! So glad your latest MRI gave such wonderful news. Happy New Year to you Heather and all the best for 2008.
Hugs and prayers,
Gail
Hi, Heather. I have been reading your blog for about 3 months, since I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and began chemo. I am from the US, living in Ireland - it has been strange, but not bad, to be undergoing this in other than my “homeland”. I am a speech therapist and my husband and I have decided to stay here through this and get back to full time therapy here soon! During chemo I like to listen to audio books and found a great on-line free download - Librivox, and a great reader whose web site I also access. You are both home teachers so I wonder if you’d enjoy each others’ blogs. I am taking the liberty of emailing sites to each of you. Hers is kayray.org. Best of luck to you and Emma and all your family. MFE
I found your site from m2’s mention on her blog - you will be in my prayers.
Heather, I’m so glad you are feeling so well and taking a vacation. Your family certainly deserves one after the past year. May 2008 bring continued healing and strong faith that God can do anything!!
Hugs N Pryers,
Norma
