From Our Home{s}To Yours!

welcome081 Welcome to My Christmas Tour of Homes! My name is Heather, and you can read more about me by clicking my picture in the left sidebar. Don’t forget to read mine and my daughters story by clicking the navigation buttons at the top of my blog. I am so glad that you have stopped by, but I must tell you that these pictures are not of my house, but of my mothers. Every Christmas my mom puts on such a marvelous display of Christmas, and this year I wanted to show case her (and her best friends) home. So grab a cup of hot chocolate and let’s get started!

Now for Ms. Bev’s House. She is my moms best friend and is moving to Tennessee sometime next year. She always does her house up so festively for Christmas. You will notice that she is very primitive country, and has a GI.NOR.MOUS collection of Santa Clauses:

Great pictures. I enjoyed both tours!( both very homey and cozy) I would say my Christmas decorating is a combination of the two styles, depending on which room you are in. The living room is more “woodsy primitive” and the family room and dining room are more formal and elegant. Your mom has a wonderful eye for putting things together and I loved Ms. Bev’s Nellie doll and carolers best.
Have a wonderful Christmas!

People who deck their houses out to the nines like this for the holidays inspire and amaze me. I honestly do not know from where they get the energy to decorate their houses like this, what with everything else going on during the holiday season.

If it were me, I’d be tuckered out simply by putting a tree up… forget about decorating it. ;-)

Gorgeous pictures of gorgeous work!!! Merry Christmas!

My first visit to your blog, thanks to the ‘Tour of Homes.’ Beautiful pics! I clicked to read your story… God is good; I’m adding you to my prayer list. (Also – an interesting tid-bit – I happen to live in Easton, PA. Oh, and 2 of my hubby’s siblings work for Crayola.) Merry Christmas!

Heather, Just wanted to stop by and wish you and your family a wonderful Christmas. My life has been changed for the better for knowing you and I thank God for giving me that opportunity!

Also, if you would, please pray for the youngest of our 6yo twins (Mercy). She’s in the hospital with pneumonia (and 105.8* temp!). She won’t be home for Christmas. Please pray that God would touch her body and heal her! I know I can count on you to help us pray.

~~Merry Christmas~~
