There wasn’t much to update on yesterday, but today holds a totally different scenario. Her x-ray yesterday looked great, other than a small pocket of air below her left lung. Today it fills her left cavity. They are going to put another chest tube in (she still has the original one on that side which is only pulling fluid off, and is in the wrong location to pull this large pocket of air). They are going to try to remove the breathing tube either today or tomorrow if they can get this lung issue resolved.
On the dialysis front, she is doing great. Don’t really know when she will be coming off of it, Emma is in total control of that. She is on track according to the Nephrologist, so that is encouraging.
Thank you to all of you who have donated to our family thru paypal. You will never know how much it has meant to us. I feel like you did so much through my cancer, and it is just amazing that you care so much about our family, even now.
My other two children are coming up today to see Emma. Pray that goes well. The Child Life Specialist is going to explain all of the machines to them in a way that they can understand, especially Elijah. Easton I am not too concerned about, but Elijah is a little more sensitive in areas like this.

Thank you, again for caring so much about my family.

Thanks for the good report. God bless you all Heather, you know you have people all over the country and some parts of the world offering up prayers for our little one and your family. Be well. Stay well-rested and healthy. Hope we see you all soon. Give my love to Mark and the kids, especially my fellow guitarist, Easton, she’ll be missed.
Praise God for continued good news. I’m sure it will be a blessing for Emma to have her brother and sister there. Blessings to you and Mark and the kids. Continuing in prayer.

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trail, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
